We follow custom designs to the best of our ability, consulting with our customers over details and designs, taking into account their needs and instructions. Once your deposit is made, it is non-refundable. No changes are accepted 72 hours before pickup.
We typically require a week’s notice on all custom cake orders, 2 weeks for sculpted cakes.
